Returns & Exchanges

At Okanui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and hygiene stickers remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass inspection.
